Marshall’s Mission Terms and Conditions

By submitting a request for aid, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Emergency-Only Aid

Marshall’s Mission provides assistance exclusively for emergency veterinary care for pet owners in financial crisis. We do not offer routine care, food, supplies, transportation, or non-emergency services. All aid is prioritized based on urgency, available resources, and documentation provided.

2. No Guarantee of Assistance

Submitting a request does not guarantee aid. All services are offered at the sole discretion of Marshall’s Mission and may be limited by funding, volunteer availability, or other operational constraints.

3. Required Documentation

Applicants may be asked to provide proof of income, pet ownership, and the nature of the emergency. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of aid.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marshall’s Mission, its volunteers, board members, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Injury, illness, or death of any animal during or after emergency procedures
• Outcomes of veterinary care or third-party services
• Emotional distress, financial loss, or dissatisfaction with aid decisions
• Delays, errors, or omissions
